Compost Systems Design/Build

Schmelly’s has been providing compost services for us at The Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine for the past few years, and our experience has been outstanding. As a center that teaches healthy cooking to the community, it’s important for us to model practices that not only are good for the body, but are also good for the environment at large. Introducing composting has been a wonderful way for us to cut down on our waste, especially as we have so much organic plant materials that can be used for the better to grow more food rather than ending up in the landfill!
